Welcome to my Practice!

Congratulations, you've taken the first step! Sometimes people hesitate to come to therapy because they think it may show weakness, when in fact I believe it shows the complete opposite. It says that you are taking the initiative to acknowledge that you want a better life for yourself and your family. You are helping yourself! People seeking therapy are ready to take control and make a change in their lives.

Therapy can help in a variety of different circumstances. Some people may seek therapy because they are going through a difficult transition in their life. Others may come because they want to enhance the relationships in their lives while still others may be wrestling with anxiety or depression. Sometimes people are ready to learn more about themselves and gain more clarity on who they are and where their life is going. Whatever the reason, therapy can be a very rewarding and beneficial experience!
